How long is the tracking cookie?
30 days from the click — if they create an account within that window, it's credited to you.
Does the promo code still credit me without a cookie?
Yes. Typing your code directly at signup credits you with no click or cookie involved at all — and it wins over a stale click if both happen to be present.
When exactly are commissions approved?
A commission posts as Pending the moment a referral's payment actually clears, then moves to Approved once we've reviewed it. Approved commissions for a completed calendar month are paid out on the 5th of the following month, or the next business day if that falls on a weekend or federal holiday.
How are refunds and chargebacks handled?
If a referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed and is not payable.
Is there a minimum payout?
No. Every approved dollar you've earned goes out on the normal monthly schedule — there's no threshold to clear first.
What payment methods are available?
